DANBURY, Conn. - Hartok -- Ives Bank hosted a "Beam Signing "Ceremony for local officials, Ives Bank board members and employees, and community partners to participate in the historic construction of Ives Bank new headquarters at 293 Main Street in Downtown Danbury.

Ives Bank CEO, Martin Morgado, offered all employees the opportunity to be part of this very special and historic moment for the bank's history in signing the last steel beam that will be installed to complete the building's structural frame. Once the beam signing is completed, the beam will then be lifted into place to become a permanent part of the building.

The four-story headquarters, in tandem with city projects will help anchor Main Street's revitalization. Once completed, the project will bring new life downtown, drawing professionals, supporting local businesses, and contributing to Danbury's thriving local economy. Alongside other developments nearby, including workforce housing and mixed-use projects, this investment underscores Danbury's commitment to revitalizing its downtown while creating opportunities for growth and innovation.
