New Haven's Manifesto; Face Front time with Black, Brown, and Indigenous Builders, Leaders, & Creators of Elm City
NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Hartok -- Chalyce Jacob's, Chief Curator of Organic Experiences Only begins her Out The Black Box to the Second Power (OTB2) project right in New Haven's most densely populated area. She has partnered with CPEN, ran by New Haven's Black Urban Environmentalist, to start "The People's Camp" a live manifesto.
The People's camp includes selected teens of New Haven who gain one (1) hour of face fronting time to speak with the "shakers and movers" of their city. Chalyce explains "Our kids are extremely bright, they see what's going on around this city, and they're speaking their desires and asking for the "know how". So if I call you, answer the phone so we can service OUR teens OUR way." She continues, " I am NOW and forever apart of the "stitching" of Elm City. I'm literally walking our streets and connecting with our teens. Before soon, I'll be growing on a street near you. It gets GREATER!"

OEO throttles forward on its first CAMEO project as it expects to solidify its Trademark this July 2024."It's so important to invest in Black ownership! I am grateful for those who have answered the call and for those who haven't. Showing up is the hardest part, Chay says it all the time up." says OEO's Curatorial Fellow. Today's history is being made.
