BRANFORD, Conn. - Hartok -- Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful completion of a 1,800-square-foot pre-engineered metal building addition for National Floral Supply at their facility located at 497 Bic Drive in Milford, CT. The project was led by Joe Egersheim as Project Manager, Kyle Kruglik as Project Supervisor, and Domenic Maturo as Project Estimator, who worked closely to ensure the project met the client's specifications.
"We are proud to have collaborated with Andrew Hamer and the team at National Floral Supply on this important project," said David DeMaio, President of Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc. "The new addition will enhance their operational capacity and support their continued growth in the floral industry."
The building addition is designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing structure, featuring upgraded insulation and modern infrastructure improvements. These enhancements include energy-efficient lighting and improved stormwater management, contributing to overall functionality and sustainability. Additionally, a new loading dock with mechanical dock levelers and insulated overhead doors was installed to optimize logistics and efficiency.
