Co-Founder and Lead Engineer, steps up to position Target Arm for scaling production into 2026

Ryan steps into the CTO role at a pivotal moment for robotics, autonomy, and drone systems. As co-founder and the lead engineer behind Target Arm's flagship technologies—including Tular, Ralar, and the Arsenal Modular Mission Payload (A-MMP)—Ryan has helped drive the company's innovation since inception. His promotion marks a continued commitment to rapid product development and technical excellence in both commercial and government markets.
