DARIEN, Conn. - Hartok -- The Vascular Care Group (TVCG) has expanded its team with the addition of vascular surgeons Jessica Dominique Feliz, MD, and Ryan Gedney, MD, who began seeing patients on October 5, 2026. Dr. Feliz is caring for patients at TVCG's Lowell, Massachusetts vascular center, and Dr. Gedney is practicing at TVCG's Darien and Stamford, Connecticut offices. Both physicians bring advanced training in open and endovascular surgery to the platform, expanding access to comprehensive vascular care for patients in the Merrimack Valley and Fairfield County.

Dr. Feliz completed her general surgery residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School, followed by a vascular surgery fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital through Columbia University Irving Medical Center and Weill Cornell Medical Center, two of the nation's premier vascular programs. Her clinical expertise spans open and endovascular surgery, with a focus on limb salvage, peripheral artery disease, carotid disease, dialysis access, and complex aortic pathology.

Dr. Gedney earned his medical degree and completed his integrated vascular surgery residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Beyond the operating room, he is the co-inventor of multiple patented and patent-pending technologies, including a novel endovascular aortic arch stent graft, and a co-founder of the medical device startup Anchor Medical, Inc.
