MADISON, Conn. - Hartok -- Safe Night LLC is pleased to announce the release of the Proactive Alliance Homeless Outreach Model. Safe Night's innovative model incorporates and utilizes evidence-based concepts and analysis to provide a comprehensive, multi-component approach to improve outcomes for people experiencing homelessness.
Safe Night utilizes Risk Terrain Modeling (RTM), an evidence-based data analysis, to identify the most relevant stakeholders to inform intervention strategies to address homelessness. Together with a formal assessment of municipal practices, Safe Night produces an assessment and recommendations report for municipal and community stakeholders. Safe Night empowers municipal staff and community stakeholders to develop a problem-oriented prevention strategy to manage and reduce homelessness and related issues. Safe Night teaches the Proactive Alliance relationship-based approach, a method that prioritizes collaboration among municipal and community providers and teaches trauma-informed, empathy-based engagement when working with people experiencing homelessness.
